What's New for the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?
A lot! The 2025 Silverado is available in eight trim levels:
- Work Truck
- Custom
- LT
- RST
- Custom Trail Boss
- LTZ
- LT Trail Boss
- High Country
This is one less trim-ZR2- than the 2024 model.
The 2025 Silverado 1500 comes in two new paint colors: Cypress Gray and Riptide Blue Metallic. Other changes for model year 2025 include an available 20-inch sterling silver wheel upgrade on the LTZ trim, a 7-speaker Bose sound system on the ZR2, standard cruise control on the Work Truck, and a trailer brake controller now comes standard on LT trims and higher.
These updates mean slightly different MSRP for different trims. Overall, the 2025 Silverado 1500 is still an affordable pickup!
What's New for the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?
The 2024 Silverado debuted two new metallic paint colors: Lakeshore Blue and Slate Gray.
Silverado 1500s with the 420-hp 6.2-liter V-8 engine now have an active exhaust and the 310-horsepower 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine was renamed "TurboMax."
The High Country trim is now available with The Midnight Edition and The Blackout appearance package can now be added on Custom, Custom Trail Boss, RST, and LT Trail Boss models.
For the first time, OnStar and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now standard on all Silverado models!
